Stylish perfectly clean hotel with efficient service and views of inner courtyard. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and a Nespresso machine, Wi-Fi, and coffee in the room. The staff - WELL-TRAINED and service-oriented. Best possible location - quite close to Helsinki Street. Based in a shopping area. A lovely restaurant and a beer bar available. Early check in and late check out. A gym was a big bonus too.

There were no slippers in the room.

I loved it!

The bed was incredibly cozy, feeling like sleeping on a cloud, and the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of healthy options. However, the bathroom had significant issues with water flooding everywhere after showers.

Good location and good breakfast. Nice sauna with fresh towels.

The hotel looks tired and worn out. Big spots and marks on the walls, floor and furniture, lot of dust and dirt under the beds, behind the night-stand and on the electrical plugs. Bathroom floor and bath-tub had hairs. Breakfast room looks great from a distance, but the carpet floor is very very dirty and worn out, and you see straight into the dirty dishes and kitchen when you eat your breakfast. Coffee on the table was cold. It looks like the best time has passed for this hotel. Staff were OK, the man at check-in was almost too best-buddy at once, night guy were mostly into his computer browsing and hard to get in contact with, and the girl at check out was nice but did not know how many Euro Bonus points you get staying there. Slow WIFI.

good meals and good room

There was a problem with cooperating Booked.net and the Hotel, they were unable to find my reservation. However, the room had been found and my trip was pleasant.

The second room wasnice and neat, while the first one was stuffy.

Terrase on a open air for smoking (with cap of cofee).

Very simple interier in restoran.

Noce sauna and empty in the morning. Good breakfast. Efficient service.

Not enough TV channels. Did not replenish amenties when cleaning room. Rooms a bit on the small size compared to other Helsinki hotels

great location but average amenities

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the central train station. Enjoyed the daily happy hour on the 7th floor with complimentary drinks and snacks.

The amenities did not fully meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

Location, good breakfasts.

TV channel is too slow speed to change next channel and also not enough channel compared with other hotels.

We ate in the restaurant and the food was tasty. Location: the hotel was just off the center of town, the airport as well as the whole city center and the centre of Helsinki near train station and bus terminal...
